These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://flplumbingaz.com (the “Site”), the plumbing services offered by Fast Layne Plumbing LLC d/b/a FL Plumbing (“FL Plumbing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any communications we send you, including text messages (SMS/MMS), phone calls, and email. By using the Site, requesting service, providing your phone number, or replying to one of our messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services and do not opt in to text messaging.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site, request service, or opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us. By using the Site or our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Services and Estimates
FL Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including diagnostics, repairs, installations, water treatment, drain and sewer service, and related work. Quotes, estimates, and service descriptions on the Site or provided over the phone or by text are informational and may change after on-site evaluation. A binding service agreement exists only after a written or electronic work authorization is signed (in person or via our service software).
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Service Calls
- Appointments are scheduled subject to availability. We will confirm or update your time window by text, email, or phone.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as far in advance as possible.
- Service-call, dispatch, or trip charges (if any) are disclosed before work begins.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for completed work is due upon invoice. Accepted payment methods are disclosed at the time of service. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Arizona law and may be referred for collection. You are responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorneys’ fees on amounts wrongfully withheld.
6. Workmanship Warranty
Specific warranty terms (parts, labor, manufacturer coverage) are stated in your invoice or service agreement and govern over any general statements made on the Site. Warranties are voided by tampering, unauthorized repairs, freeze damage, abuse, or normal wear-and-tear of consumable components.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Plain-English summary: If you give us your mobile number, you may receive text messages from FL Plumbing about your appointments, service, billing, and occasional promotions. Up to ~10 messages per month. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in data with anyone for their marketing.
7.1 Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number to FL Plumbing — whether through our website forms, on a service call, by texting our number, or in any other way — you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed and non-autodialed SMS and MMS messages from FL Plumbing or its service providers at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You agree these Terms and our Privacy Policy apply to those messages.
7.2 Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment reminders & confirmations — scheduling, confirmations, technician-on-the-way alerts, reschedule notices.
- Service updates & invoices — job status, completion notices, invoice and payment links, receipts, follow-up requests.
- Promotions & seasonal offers — discounts, seasonal tune-up reminders, new-service announcements.
- Customer-support replies — two-way conversational replies when you text us with a question.
7.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by your activity with us. Most customers receive up to approximately 10 messages per month. Frequency may temporarily increase around active service appointments.
7.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for each message sent or received. FL Plumbing is not responsible for any such charges. Check your mobile plan for details.
7.5 How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message and will not send you SMS messages from that number again unless you opt back in. Standard message and data rates may apply to the confirmation message.
You may also opt out by emailing info@flplumbingaz.com or calling (480) 725-5343. Opting out of marketing/promotional messages does not affect transactional messages necessary to deliver service you have specifically requested (for example, an “on-the-way” alert for a scheduled appointment).

7.7 Carriers, Delivery & Disclaimers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. FL Plumbing is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission of text messages, which are subject to your carrier’s coverage and transmission. Delivery of text messages is not guaranteed.
7.8 Privacy & No Sharing of SMS Data
FL Plumbing will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or the contents of your SMS messages with any third party for that third party’s marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our messaging program (for example, our SMS gateway and dispatch software), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service you requested. 7.9 Changes to the SMS Program
We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice, including changes to message frequency, fees (if any), or short codes/long codes used. We will provide notice of material changes through the SMS channel itself or by updating these Terms.
8. Phone Calls and Recording
Calls to or from FL Plumbing may be recorded for quality assurance, training, dispatch, and verification. By calling us or providing your phone number for callbacks, you consent to such recording where permitted by law. Arizona is a one-party consent state for call recording.
9. Use of the Site
You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of any law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; (c) introduce malware or interfere with Site operation; (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; or (e) use the Site to send spam, harass others, or impersonate any person.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by FL Plumbing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and our communications are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that messages will be delivered in any particular timeframe. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes; it is not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a licensed plumber.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FL Plumbing and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our SMS program, or our communications, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or SMS program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for actual plumbing services performed is governed by your written service agreement and applicable Arizona law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FL Plumbing from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, (c) phone numbers you submit that you do not own or are not authorized to enroll, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites or their content. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration is the state or federal courts located in Pinal County or Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under Arizona law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted by a notice on the Site or, where appropriate, by SMS or email. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and FL Plumbing regarding the Site and our SMS program.
